Awareness-raising activities are extremely important throughout the change process. In the world epidemic, new habits are needed, including eating habits. Hence, paying attention to allergens, antibiotics, fertilizers contained in food products, fruits or vegetables is not only raising important issues, but also a mission that producers themselves should join.
