Related with plant-based food industry since 1988. Co-founder and President of the family-owned company Primavika – offering plant-based dinner meals, sandwich pastes, peanut butters and organic Primaeco products. He promotes a healthy lifestyle and diet in his everyday life.
As a teenager, he became a vegetarian. Initially, as was the case of other vegetarians at the time, his diet consisted of sandwiches, alternatively with cheese, cottage cheese, jam, and eggs. At some point, however, he felt that it was not enough and began to broaden his knowledge about healthy lifestyle and nutrition, look for new flavours and ideas for vegetarian dishes that would be delicious at the same time. He shared his recipes and inspirations with others, co-organizing educational programs, and healthy cooking schools.
We dare say that we’ve been ahead of trends in healthy food production.
Today, thanks to our passion and experience, we set these trends.
VEGGIE TREATS
PAWEŁ SKRZYPCZAK, CREATOR OF VEGETARIAN DELICACIES
IT ALL BEGAN IN THE EARLY 1970s. THOSE DAYS, VEGETARIANISM WAS AN UNSPOKEN ISSUE IN POLAND, AND THOSE WHO GAVE UP EATING MEAT WERE OFTEN DOOMED TO A MONOTONOUS AND QUITE POOR DIET. THIS AFFECTED PAWEŁ SKRZYPCZAK, THE CURRENT PRESIDENT OF PRIMAVIKA, WHOSE BROTHER ROMAN SKRZYPCZAK STARTED ONE OF THE FIRST WHOLESALERS WITH HEALTHY FOOD IN THE CAPITAL OF WIELKOPOLSKA IN POLAND IN 1991. IN 1998, PAWEŁ SKRZYPCZAK, TOGETHER WITH HIS FATHER JERZY, HIS BROTHERS ROMAN AND MAREK, AND A FRIEND KRZYSZTOF, STARTED THEIR OWN PRODUCTION – AND THAT IS HOW PRIMAVIKA WAS BORN.
The aim of the small, family-owned Primavika factory is to create healthy, plant-based products with simple ingredients and to promote a healthy lifestyle. There are no artificial colourants, preservatives, or chemicals to enhance taste in the products. They are made in the traditional way – they are preserved by means of pasteurisation, thanks to which they retain their nutritional values. Glass packaging is completely neutral for the raw material and does not pollute the environment. Modern production lines ensure European quality standards, and as proof of its reliability, the company has numerous certificates and awards granted by independent bodies.
The PRIMAECO product series was created with the natural environment and people who value the taste of nature in mind. All products have organic farming certificate and are made from raw materials from local and proven sources, not genetically modified, without the use of preservatives, artificial colourants and without sodium glutamate.

Short lists of simple ingredients is something that parents, vegetarians, vegans and all consumers who are already aware of dangers coming from excess of chemicals used by manufacturers to improve the taste or durability of products look for.
